Pawan Hans Limited is a premier Central Public Sector Enterprise and India’s largest Helicopter Company under the administrative control of Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. The company is in Mini Ratna Category I and has been making profits consistently over the years.
To associate in its growth as envisaged in the Corporate Plan, there is an urgent requirement of Helicopter Pilots as per requirements given below :-
Empannelment of Helicopter Pilots (PIC) – on Short Term Contract / Hiring Basis
For Mi-172, Dauphin SA-365N, Dauphin AS-365N3, Bell 206L4,
Bell 407, Bell 412, AS350B3 & ALH Dhruv Helicopters – (on short term contract basis)
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
a) Holding current & valid CHPL / ATPL (H)
b) Minimum 500 hrs as Captain (PIC) and 1000 hrs on type
c) Meeting all currency training requirements as per DGCA CAR.
d) Holding current medical fitness.
e) Cleared for Single Pilot operations (Desirable)
f) Experience of Pipeline Survey (Desirable)
g) Medical Fitness as per DGCA Rules
h) Experience of flying in Kedarnathji & Sri Amarnathji sites would be preferred.
Remuneration:
Negotiable at the time of interview for the purpose of hiring which would be for a short duration upto two months and may be extended by the Company in meeting its other business commitments. Further, the date for availability and duration of hiring will be at the requirements and discretion of PHL.
Contractual Pilots would be offered consolidated compensation / package and placed in suitable grade depending on qualification & experience.

Outstation candidates meeting the above qualification requirements and producing the desired documents in original on the date of interview would be reimbursed IInd AC to & fro Rail/Bus fare by shortest route on production of ticket as per rules of the Company.
The candidates not meeting laid down QRs and unable to produce desired documents in original on the date of interview would not be interviewed and neither reimbursed travelling expenses as per rules of the Company.
